Syed Adeeb is the founder of Eliodore Automations.
Born and raised in Hyderabad, India, he moved to the Netherlands and worked across restaurants, warehouses and supermarkets, seeing first-hand how businesses operate, and where they fall short.
Driven to build something of his own, he became fascinated by one question: what does a business look like when it grows, and what has to change for it to scale?
In February 2026, he founded Eliodore to answer that question for others: helping businesses bring in the right customers, answer every one of them, and grow with confidence.
